The homes have been expertly designed for modern living, with large living/dining areas and open plan kitchen/breakfast spaces, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The homes retain both the character and style of traditional houses together with Weston Homes’ customary high specification.

Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive of Weston Homes, comments: “Weston Homes have had much success in Hertfordshire with a number of developments selling very quickly and we anticipate that there will be a lot of interest at The Woodcrofts. The development benefits from its beautiful countryside surroundings and should appeal to everyone.”

The houses include a choice of oak or walnut veneered doors with chrome plated ironmongery, matching door lining, architraves and skirting. There is a choice of oak or walnut strip wood flooring to hall, lounge/dining and kitchen as well as ground floor cupboards and cloakrooms. There is also a broad selection of carpets to remaining rooms and Sky + facilities and telephone points have been installed in living rooms and master bedrooms for added convenience.

Luxury bespoke designer kitchens are included and offer a choice of units and worktops, stainless steel oven and integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, washer dyer and dishwasher. Bathrooms and ensuites are fitted with a ‘Laufen’ wall hung basin with contemporary wall mounted taps as well as a choice of ceramic floor and wall and accent mosaic tiles. Each property has allocated parking and private rear gardens, while selected plots include a garage.

Buntingford is a historic town which is surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty and stunning countryside. Some of the town’s buildings date back to the 15th century and Queen Elizabeth I once stayed at Buntingford’s Bell House Gallery. The town also offers a variety of excellent pubs and restaurants, offering traditional English, Asian and European food, as well as an excellent choice of local ales provided by the Buntingford Brewery.

Situated just off the A10 Cambridge to London road, The Woodcrofts has excellent transport links and is in an ideal location for access to major road networks, with the A11 just over 11 miles away, the M11 just over 15 miles away and the M25 can be reached in just over 20 miles. Stansted Airport is only a 30 minute drive from the development and Baldock train station, which is nine miles away, provides a direct 40 minute rail journey to London King’s Cross.

Mint Letting will be bringing more news about this development as we get it.
